CLICK & COLLECT

We offer click & collect Monday to Friday between the hours of 11am - 5.30pm. 

Please order before 10.00am for same day pick-up. Any orders placed after 10.00am will not qualify for same day pick-up and will not be processed until the following click & collect day.

 e.g. If you place an order Tuesday 11.30am, you will not be able to collect your order until Wednesday.

If you are collecting an order, please do not enter the shop if there is more than four people inside. If you prefer someone to bring your order out to you, or the line is long, please call the shop on 09 422 7012 and a team member will bring your order out.

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES & DELIVERY DAYS

Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday

We endeavour to provide next day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 pm the night before a delivery day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). All orders placed after Thursday 10:00pm wont be processed until the following Monday.

DELIVERY AREAS & DELIVERY FEES

We will only be able to deliver to the following LOCAL areas:

Omaha, Point Wells, Matakana, Sandspit, Whangateau, - Delivery cost $5.00

Leigh, Pakiri, Tawharanui Peninsula, Warkworth, Snells Beach, Algies/Martins bay, Kaipara Flats, Whangaripo Valley - Delivery cost $10.00

Kawau Island - Delivery cost $10.00 (Includes delivery and packing fee)

Any orders placed outside of these areas will not be delivered.


STOCK AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTES

Please note: Substitutes may need to be used but they’ll be the same value and similar product. We will do our best to contact you first should this need to happen.


DELIVERY PROCESS


On arrival we will knock on your door, place your order on the door step and step back. If no one answers the door we will try contacting you, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will leave you order at your front door, so please listen out for us on delivery days.

If you’re unable to answer the door or simply don’t feel comfortable, please feel free to leave a chilly bin out and let us know in the delivery instructions if you’d like us to leave your order at your own risk. If you are receiving a Bella Vacca milk refill, please make sure you have left the empty, cleaned bottle out for us to collect. 



Sorry but at this stage loyalty cards can not be accepted with online orders.
